Privacy Policy

Ziyo · Last updated: 26 June 2026

Ziyo (“we”, “the app”) is an AI styling assistant that rates outfits and hair and gives feedback. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. By using Ziyo you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Ziyo does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. The only data the app handles is:

How your photos are used

When you request an analysis, the selected photo is sent securely over HTTPS to our processing service (hosted on Cloudflare) which forwards it to our AI provider (OpenRouter) solely to generate your feedback. The photo is processed in real time to produce a result and is not stored on our servers and not used to train AI models by us.

The Wardrobe background-removal feature runs entirely on your device using Google ML Kit; those photos are not uploaded for that step.

Where your data is stored

Your photos, ratings history, Wardrobe items, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not keep a copy on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. You can also delete individual items in the app.

Permissions

We do not access your photos in the background or without your action.

Third-party services

Ziyo relies on these providers to function:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Children

Ziyo is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required by your country to consent to data processing, please do not use the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
